Follow our adventures as we escape the rainy Northwest winters for a place a little more warm and inviting: Death Valley, California. With an average daytime high of 72 degrees, Death Valley is much more hospital than the brutally hot summer months and a super warm paradise compared to the Northwest. We made the trip by way of flying into Sin City and renting a car to drive to Death Valley, as well as taking a tour through the Mojave National Preserve.

This is really a great idea. Who would have thought such beauty existed in the desert in winter? Thanks for the great idea for a winter get-away.
